the building
In the heart of Kirchheim am Neckar, we are constructing a residential complex on a 2,700 square meter plot, built using solid construction methods. The development includes 29 residential units and a single-level underground garage with 44 parking spaces. The units, accessible by elevator, are spread across three floors in three separate buildings, ranging from 50 to 150 square meters. They feature bright, well-designed 2 to 4-room layouts, offering ample space for relaxation and comfort – perfect for individuals, couples, or small families.
The central heating and hot water supply utilize district heating, while underfloor heating with individual room controls provides warmth to the units.
