Hochdorf

In Hochdorf, we are currently planning the construction of a multi-family house with modern apartments spread across four levels. The units will range from 1 to 3.5 rooms, catering to singles and young families. The project concept is focused on providing affordable housing.

On the ground floor, the building will feature a utility room as well as storage spaces for mobility aids and strollers. Additionally, one of the four residential units will be located on this floor. The remaining apartments will be distributed across the first and second floors, as well as the attic.

The design of the new building promises generously sized apartments, ranging from 77 to 102 square meters of living space. The large windows and balconies will allow natural light to flood the interiors. Depending on the unit, the apartments will include one or two bathrooms with bathtubs/showers or separate toilets, a spacious living and dining area with kitchen, and additional rooms for a walk-in closet or home office. The apartment interiors will feature high-quality, modern design. Outside, parking spaces will be available for residents, along with a bike storage area.

The district of Nagold-Hochdorf offers a wide range of amenities to meet everyday needs, including grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, a primary school, kindergartens, daycare facilities, doctors, restaurants, and a hotel. Hochdorf enjoys an excellent location, providing the benefits of idyllic country living while being in close proximity to all urban conveniences. It is part of the main town of Nagold, which is easily accessible by bus or car in just a few kilometers.

Adjacent to the district is the Hochdorf-Eutingen train station. In less than an hour, you can reach the state capital, Stuttgart, by train. Alternatively, a 15-minute drive brings you to Herrenberg station, where trains and S-Bahn lines connect to Böblingen, Sindelfingen, Stuttgart, Tübingen, and Singen. Additionally, the A81 motorway is just a few minutes away from Hochdorf, and the beautiful Lake Constance can be reached within an hour by car.
