Living at the park
In Erding near Munich, we are constructing a residential complex using solid construction methods, comprising four buildings and 95 underground parking spaces. The development includes a total of 105 residential units spread across 4- to 6-story buildings. The distribution is as follows: Building A – 15 units, Building B – 17 units, Building C – 23 units, and Building D – 50 units. Out of the 105 units, 73 apartments are designed for assisted living, operated by the Malteser Relief Service. Additionally, the complex features a communal area and rooms for medical services and fitness activities.
The 1- to 4-room apartments range from 37 to 110 square meters, offering bright, flexible spaces thanks to their intelligent layouts. The upper sections of the buildings are capped with robust flat roof constructions featuring extensive greenery and rooftop terraces.
All units are equipped with modern, high-quality amenities: triple-glazed windows with electric shutters, bathroom fittings from Duravit and Keramag, premium parquet and tile flooring, and smart home solutions, including video intercom systems.
The buildings are heated with a central pellet heating system with heat recovery, meeting KfW-55 energy efficiency standards in line with GEG 2020 regulations. Each unit includes underfloor heating. The underground garage and outdoor areas provide bicycle storage, and the infrastructure is in place to support electric vehicles.
