In the Munich district of Bogenhausen, Ozean Group GmbH acquired a plot of land with a total residential area of approximately 950 square meters. The property is located in the heart of an upscale neighborhood, surrounded by nature in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Situated in the northeastern part of Munich, Bogenhausen stretches from the city center to the city limits and consists of eight distinct districts.
The district is characterized by its famous old villas from the Gründerzeit era and several parks, which invite visitors to relax and unwind. Part of the renowned Prinzregentenstraße, with its exclusive shopping options, runs through Bogenhausen. About the
building
The building permit for our construction project in Bogenhausen has already been granted, and the final planning phase has commenced. As of now, the plan is to construct a residential building with eight units, ranging from 2 to 5 rooms. Both the building itself and the apartments will be of a high standard and feature exclusive finishes.
