Our team is currently focused on an exciting development in the heart of Frankfurt – Westpark Frankfurt. This project includes the design and planning of a residential and a commercial tower, with the goal of providing both affordable housing and innovative workspace. Through this project, we are helping to shape an attractive and livable urban district that meets high standards for modern living and working.

Westpark Residential Tower – Accessibility and Affordable Housing

The Westpark Residential Tower is primarily focused on residential use, with an emphasis on accessible and comfortable living spaces for a diverse population. A key aspect of the project is Technical Building Equipment and meeting the standards set by the Frankfurt Affordable Housing Program, particularly Funding Pathways 1 and 2, which support the construction of reasonably priced housing. These efforts will ensure that the Westpark Residential Tower offers accessible, barrier-free homes that cater to residents across income levels.

Westpark Commercial Tower – Flexibility for Future Concepts

Simultaneously, our team is working on the site development plan for the Westpark Commercial Tower, which will be located near the residential tower. This commercial building is designed to provide flexible and forward-thinking workspaces adaptable to the needs of businesses and their employees. A key consideration during the planning phase is the finalization of the operator concept and intended use, which is still being defined. Fire protection measures are an integral part of our early planning to ensure a high level of safety for future users.
