We are excited to share an update on an exciting new project in Erding – the Health Center, which is currently in the design phase (LPH 2-3). This modern medical center will provide space for up to 14 doctors and various healthcare facilities such as physiotherapy, pharmacies, and other specialized services.

Optimal Accessibility and Infrastructure

The Health Center will not only offer a subterranean parking garage for convenient access but will also be directly connected to bus lines, ensuring easy transportation for both patients and healthcare professionals. This makes it a well-connected and central hub for medical services.

Focus on Sustainability and Green Elements

Sustainability is a key priority in the planning process. We are focusing on energy-efficient solutions and the use of environmentally friendly materials to create a healthy and pleasant environment that meets the highest ecological standards. Green elements will be integrated into the design to enhance both the interior and exterior, fostering a relaxing atmosphere.
