We at OZEAN GROUP are excited to announce an important milestone in our „Erding 1“ project. The groundworks for this innovative development have been awarded to TERRA Umweltservice GmbH & Co. KG, and the contract has been officially signed. This marks a significant step forward in bringing this important project to life. 🚧🎉

An Innovative Residential Project in Erding

The „Erding 1“ project will consist of a modern residential complex with a total of 105 residential units, spread across four to six-story buildings. The distribution is as follows:

• Building A: 15 units
• Building B: 17 units
• Building C: 23 units for assisted living
• Building D: 50 units for assisted living

The entire complex will feature high-quality apartments, providing a mix of modern homes for new owners and assisted living spaces, which will be operated in collaboration with the Malteser Hilfsdienst.

Sustainability and Comfort

We are committed to energy efficiency and sustainability. The entire project will be equipped with a central pellet heating system and heat recovery, ensuring a KfW-55 energy efficiency standard. Floor heating throughout the apartments will guarantee high living comfort, while the roof terraces will be designed with extensive greenery and use options to enhance the building’s architecture.

The apartments will be equipped with top-of-the-line features:

• Triple-glazed windows and electric roller shutters
• Bathroom fittings by Duravit and Keramag
• Smart Home solutions with video intercom system

Additionally, the project will include 95 underground parking spaces, bike storage facilities, and the infrastructure for electric vehicles.

With the award of the turnkey groundwork to TERRA Umweltservice GmbH & Co. KG, the implementation of „Erding 1“ is now closer than ever.
