We are excited to announce that the apartments in the Berger Quarter are now ready for occupancy and available for the first residents to move in. This phase marks an important milestone in our project, which has been realized with great dedication and effort.

The journey to this point has been particularly challenging. In addition to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, we faced material shortages, which caused delays in construction timelines. Despite these challenges, we are proud to have successfully completed this project and are now able to offer modern and comfortable apartments to future residents.

A special thank you goes out to the local residents who showed great understanding and support throughout the construction phase. Their patience and cooperation were crucial for the smooth progress of the work and played a key role in overcoming these challenges.

We will soon provide more updates on the opening of the tegut supermarket and the planned kindergarten in the Berger Quarter, both of which will make the area even more vibrant and family-friendly.
