A few weeks ago, we began construction on a new multi-family building in Nagold-Hochdorf. Our goal is to create modern, functional living spaces that meet the needs of our future residents while providing them with a true sense of home. We’re excited to share that the excavation for the foundation has already been completed, and preparations for the slab foundation are well underway. The next major step – the structural framework – will begin taking shape very soon! 🏗️ The progress is moving smoothly, and we’re thrilled with how things are coming together.

The structural work is expected to be completed by May 2024, and we’ll then move on to the interior construction phase. We’re focused on ensuring that the building will feature modern living solutions designed for comfort, sustainability, and practicality, offering a space where residents can thrive in a well-thought-out, eco-friendly environment.
