The Ozean Group is excited to welcome tegut… as the first tenant in the newly developed Berger Straße Quarter in Frankfurt-Bornheim! 🎉

Today, the @tegut… supermarket has opened its doors at Berger Straße 226, bringing a breath of fresh air to the area with 12,000 products spread over 960 square meters. This marks an important milestone for our project, transforming what was once an urban wasteland into a vibrant, modern residential and commercial district.

But this is just the beginning!

In August, the 42 children from the Kita/Hort Ringelstraße (@kitaerasmus) will move into their new facilities with their educators. Additionally, the 67 new apartments in the quarter have been completed, offering residents a modern and comfortable home.

Developing the Berger Straße Quarter was a major challenge, both logistically and architecturally. We would like to thank the team at @ilter_architekten for their excellent collaboration on the quarter’s development.

“With the completion of the Berger Straße Quarter, we are closing an urban gap,” says Dr. Klaus Fockenberg, Project Manager and Spokesperson for the Ozean Group GmbH. “We are especially pleased with the positive feedback from the residents, who can now look out onto green outdoor areas instead of a grey wasteland.”
